Ingredients
- 4 buns
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 slices cheese
- 1 large tomato
- 1 cup lettuce
- 2 Tablespoon butter
- ½ cup Smash burger sauce
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Prepare the Buns
- Cut the burger buns in half and butter each cut side.
- Heat a pan or griddle over medium heat. Place the buns, cut side down, in the pan.
- Toast until golden brown (about 1 to 2 mins), then set aside.
Season the Ground Beef
- Place the ground beef in a mixing bowl. Add salt, spices, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Mix until well combined, then divide the mixture into 4 or 5 equal-sized balls.
Cook the Burgers
- Wipe the pan clean, then heat it over medium-high heat.
