How to make Strawberry popsicles
Gather your ingredients. Wash strawberries, remove the stems and cut them up.
Transfer to the blender, add water and honey then blend till smooth.
Gently pour the strawberry puree into the popsicle molds, cover the mold then insert the popsicle sticks into it.

Homemade Strawberry popsicles

Ingredients
- 1.5 Pounds strawberries (about 4 cups chopped)
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- ½ cup water
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the chopped strawberries, honey, lemon juice, and water. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the strawberry puree into popsicle molds, filling them about ¾ full.
- Cover and insert popsicle sticks into the center of each mold.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely frozen.
- Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds by running them under warm water for a few seconds.
- Serve immediately
Notes
- If your popsicle mold doesn't have a cover, simply insert the sticks in the center.
- You can use disposable paper or plastic cups as your mold if you don't have a popsicle mold.
- The number of popsicle will depend on the size of mold used. This recipe can make 8 to 10 popsicles
- Recipe can be doubled or halved to make a small batch.
- Freeze for at least four hours or until completely solid before unmolding.
