How to make Big Mac sliders
Make the sauce:
Stir all sauce ingredients together in a bowl until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to let the flavors come together.
Assemble and bake the sliders:
Preheat your oven to 350°F. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika until browned. Drain and set aside.
Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottoms in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Spread the cooked beef evenly over the rolls, then drizzle with half of the sauce.
Top with cheese slices, chopped onions, and pickles. Spread more sauce on the underside of the top buns and place them over the filling.
Brush melted butter over the tops and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake uncovered for 12 to 15 minutes, until the cheese melts and the buns are golden.
Lift the tops, add shredded lettuce, replace the buns, and serve warm.

Serve with
Big Mac sliders pair well with a variety of sides, making them a great choice for casual meals or party spreads. Classic options like air fryer crinkle-cut fries, potato wedges, or crispy onion rings are always a hit.
If you’re going for something lighter, a simple salad like a BLT salad or a refreshing apple cucumber salad works beautifully.
A tangy coleslaw is another great choice, and pickled vegetables add a nice contrast and crunch to round out the meal.

Storing and reheating leftovers
To store: Wrap leftovers in foil or place in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days.To reheat:
Warm in a 300°F oven for 10–12 minutes or microwave individual portions for about 45 seconds.

Big Mac sliders recipe
Ingredients
For the Big Mac Sauce:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
For the Sliders:
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 mediom white onion (chopped)
- 6 slices mild cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1 cup Dill pickles (hamburger style)
- 12 King Hawaiian rolls (or any slider buns)
- 2 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Instructions
Make the Sauce
- Add all the sauce ingredients to a medium bowl and mix until smooth and creamy.
- Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors blend and deepen.
Assemble the Sliders
- Set your oven to 350°F so it’s ready once you’ve assembled the sliders.
- Place a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground beef. As it begins to brown, season it with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Cook until the beef is no longer pink, breaking it up into small crumbles as it cooks. This should take about 7 to 10 minutes. Once done, drain off any excess grease and set the meat aside.
- Using a serrated knife, slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping the entire set connected. Place the bottom layer into a lightly greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Spoon the cooked beef evenly over the bottom layer of the rolls, making sure to cover from edge to edge.
- Drizzle about half of the chilled Big Mac sauce over the meat, using a spoon or small spatula to spread it across.
- Lay the cheese slices over the sauce, followed by the chopped onions and sliced pickles.
- Take the top half of the rolls and spread some of the remaining sauce on the inside. Place the tops over the filling to close up the sliders.
- Melt the butter in a small bowl, then brush it generously over the tops of the rolls. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top to give that signature Big Mac look.
- Place the dish in the oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden and slightly crisp.
- Once baked, carefully lift the top buns and scatter shredded lettuce across the filling. Gently place the tops back on and serve the sliders warm.
Notes
- These sliders taste best fresh from the oven when the cheese is gooey and the buns are golden.
- For faster prep, make the sauce and cook the beef a day ahead and refrigerate until ready to use.
