How to make apple chips in the air fryer.

Start by mixing up some cinnamon sugar using both types of sugar and cinnamon.

Next, grab a mandolin slicer and slice the apples nice and thin, around ⅛ inch thick.

Lay the apple slices out on a baking sheet and sprinkle them generously with cinnamon sugar on both sides.

Now, put the slices in the air fryer, make sure not to overcrowd the basket! If you think they need a bit more cinnamon sugar, go ahead and sprinkle some more.

Air fry them at 320°F for 15-18 minutes. Check on them every 5 minutes and give them a turn.

Once they’re done, move the apple chips to a cooling rack and start with the next batch.

Keep in mind subsequent batches will cook faster because the air fryer is already hot, so they might only need 10-12 minutes.
