Storage and make ahead instructions
Undecorated brownie bites can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days. If they’re already decorated, keep them refrigerated for up to 3 days.
For make-ahead prep, bake the brownie bites and store them in the fridge for up to 5 days before decorating.
When ready to serve, warm them in the microwave for 10–15 seconds if you like them slightly soft, but make sure they’ve cooled before adding the strawberries and whipped topping.

Helpful Tips
- Make sure the brownies are fully cooled before decorating, or the whipped topping will melt.
- Choose strawberries that are similar in size for a uniform look.
- A piping bag with a small star tip gives the neatest results, but a zip-top bag with the corner snipped also works.
- For a snowy, fuzzy effect on the Santa hats, gently dip each whipped-topped strawberry in unsweetened coconut right after piping the Cool Whip.
