How to make red white and blue strawberries
Wash and dry the strawberries. Make sure they are completely dry. The chocolate won’t stick if there’s moisture.
Break up the chocolate into a microwave-safe bowl, heat chocolate in 20-second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth.

Let it cool slightly so that it's not too runny when dipping the strawberries.
Dip the strawberries. Hold each berry by the stem or use a toothpick, dip it about two-thirds of the way into the melted white chocolate.
While the chocolate is still wet, dip the bottom third of the strawberry into the blue sprinkles or sugar.

Place the dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined tray and let them sit at room temperature or chill in the fridge until the chocolate sets.
