Homemade Strawberry popsicles

Strawberry popsicles are a delightful and refreshing treat for hot summer days. Bursting with fresh, juicy strawberry flavor, these frozen pops are our healthier alternative to traditional ice cream.

(about 4 cups chopped)

honey

lemon juice

water
Instructions
In a blender, combine the chopped strawberries, honey, lemon juice, and water. Blend until smooth.
Pour the strawberry puree into popsicle molds, filling them about ¾ full.
Cover and insert popsicle sticks into the center of each mold.
Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely frozen.
Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds by running them under warm water for a few seconds.
Serve immediately
Notes
If your popsicle mold doesn't have a cover, simply insert the sticks in the center.
You can use disposable paper or plastic cups as your mold if you don't have a popsicle mold.
The number of popsicle will depend on the size of mold used. This recipe can make 8 to 10 popsicles
Recipe can be doubled or halved to make a small batch.
Freeze for at least four hours or until completely solid before unmolding.
