How to make Oreo Rice Krispie treats
Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
In a large pot over low heat, melt the butter. Add the marshmallows and stir until smooth and completely melted.

Take it off the heat and stir in the vanilla extract (if using). Next add chopped Oreo cookies and the reserved mini marshmallows, then quickly add the Rice Krispies cereal.

Gently fold everything in until well coated giving that cookies and cream look.
Transfer the mixture into your prepared 9x13 dish or pan and press it down gently with a spatula or wax paper. Let the treats cool.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave at 20 sec intervals until fully melted.

Drizzle the melted chocolate on the top of the treats then immediately sprinkle the reserved Oreos on the top.
Let the chocolate drizzle set before for about 15 minutes before slicing into squares.

Oreo Cookies and Cream Rice Krispie Treats
Ingredients
- ½ cup salted butter (1 stick of butter)
- 20 oz Mini marshmallows (Two 10 oz bags, reserve ½ of one bag)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 2 cups Oreo cookies (15 to 20 cookies, reserve half cup for later)
- ¼ - ½ cup White chocolate (Chopped, for drizzle)
Instructions
- Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large pot over low heat, melt the butter.
- Add 1 ½ bag of the marshmallows (reserve ½ of a bag) and stir until smooth and fully melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract, if using.
- Add chopped Oreo cookies and the reserved 1 cup of mini marshmallows.
- Quickly add the Rice Krispies cereal and gently fold everything together until evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish or pan and press it down gently using a spatula or wax paper. Allow the treats to cool at room temperature.
- When it's cooled, melt the chocolate in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the cooled treats and immediately sprinkle with the reserved Oreo pieces.
- Let the chocolate set for about 20 minutes before slicing into squares.
