    Ingredients
      

    • 3 tablespoon cocoa powder
    • 4 cups milk
    • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • ¼ cup granulated sugar

    Instructions
     

    • In a bowl, mix together the cocoa powder and sugar.
    • Pour 2 cups of milk into a saucepan, then add the vanilla, cocoa powder, and sugar mixture.
