    How to roast chickpeas in the air fryer

    Step 1: Open can of chickpeas or garbanzo beans, drain the liquid and lightly rinse under the tap while in the colander.

    Step 2: Transfer the drained chickpeas to a paper towel lined plate. Gently pat dry then change the paper towels and let it air dry for 15 to 30 mins if time permits.

    Step 3: Mix the spice blend with oil, then toss the dry chickpeas in the mix. Mix till well coated.

    Step 4: Transfer the seasoned chickpeas to the air fryer basket. Air fry at 390°F for 12 to 25 mins shaking the basket at least half way through cooking time.

    Step 5: Serve and enjoy.

    • 1 can chickpeas drained
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
