Ingredients
- Brownie mix: The base of your brownie balls, giving them that rich, fudgy flavor.
- Cream cheese: Adds creaminess and helps bind the crumbled brownies into smooth balls.
- Dark chocolate melting wafers: Perfect for coating the brownie balls in a rich chocolate layer.
- White chocolate melting wafers: Great for drizzling or decorating for a festive look.

How to make brownie balls
Preheat the oven and bake brownie according to brownie mix package instructions. Let it cool completely before crumbling it.
In a large mixing bowl beat the cream cheese until smooth, add the crumbled brownie to the cream cheese. Mix with a hand mixer till well combined. Then chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 20 mins

Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper, using a small cookie scoop (about 1 to 1½ inch in diameter) scoop up even sized balls.
Then roll in between your palms. Place on baking sheet then repeat process till mixture is finished.
Place tray in the refrigerator for the brownie balls to chill for an hour. Once chilled, place the dark chocolate melting wafers in a double boiler and melt over low heat, stirring every 30 seconds until melted and smooth.
Do not overheat otherwise the melts may thicken and seize up. You can also melt it in a microwave safe bowl, heating it on a low or defrost setting and stirring the contents in 30 second intervals until fully melted and smooth

Dip chilled balls in melted chocolate one at a time, tapping off excess. Place back on lined baking sheets.

After dipping, refrigerate for up to an hour.
In the mean time melt chocolate in a piping bag in the microwave at 30 sec intervals massaging till chocolate is all melted.
Bring out the refrigerated brownie balls and decorate by drizzling melted chocolate over them.

Keep in the refrigerator till ready to serve.

How to store
Storing brownie balls properly is crucial to maintain their freshness and texture. Here’s how to store them:
Refrigeration: Place the brownie balls in an airtight container. Ensure they are completely cooled before storing. Refrigerate them for up to a week.
Freezing: If you want to store them for a longer period, freeze the brownie balls. Place them in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze until solid. Then transfer them to an airtight container or freezer bag, separating layers with parchment paper to prevent sticking. They can last in the freezer for about 2-3 months.
Thawing: When ready to enjoy frozen brownie balls, transfer them to the refrigerator overnight to thaw. You can also leave them at room temperature for a short time to soften slightly before serving.

Helpful Tips
- Remember, storing brownie balls properly in an airtight container, whether in the fridge or freezer, helps maintain their taste and texture for a longer time.
- If decorating with sprinkles, do so right after dipping the brownie balls in chocolate before the coating sets.
- Keep refrigerated until you are ready to serve.
