How to make Reuben sliders

Ingredients
  

  • 12 Kings Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 lb corned beef (thinly sliced)
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 8 oz sauerkraut (squeezed and patted dry with paper towels to remove liquid)
  • ¼ cup butter (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon parsley

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish.
  • Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in the dish.
  • Spread Thousand Island dressing over the bottom half of the rolls.
  • Layer half of the corned beef slices, then the sauerkrauts, the Swiss cheese and the other half of the corn beef slices.
  • Place the top half of the rolls back on.
  • Mix melted butter and parsley, then brush over the tops of the rolls.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 15 – 20 minutes or until heated through.
  • Remove foil and bake for another 5 minutes until the top is golden.
  • Let cool slightly, then slice and serve

Notes

  1. It’s important to squeeze and pat the sauerkraut dry so that your sliders won’t be soggy.
