How to make it grilled salmon salad
Pat salmon dry. Mix soy sauce, teriyaki sauce and coriander together to make a marinade.
Brush the marinade all over the salmon. Let the salmon marinate for about 10 mins.
Turn on the electric grill or use grill pan over medium heat. Cook the salmon for about 3 to 4 minutes per side or until cooked through. Internal temp should be 145°F.
Begin assembling the salad by placing the salad greens on a plate. Add the grilled salmon fillets, diced avocado, and halved tomatoes.

Add crumbled feta cheese and pine nuts to the salad. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, and dried herbs to make the dressing then drizzle over the salad.
Garnish with fresh cilantro, and enjoy!

- 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon teriyaki sauce
- ½ teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 ½ cup salad greens
- ½ cup Grape tomatoes (halved)

- ½ avocado (diced)
- 2 Tablespoons pine nuts
- Fresh cilantro for serving
Salad dressing
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- ⅛ Teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, teriyaki sauce and ground coriander. Coat the salmon fillets with the marinade and let them sit for 10 minutes.
