- 4 slices Swiss cheese (or choice of cheese)
- ½ cup stuffing (use more as needed)
- ¼ cup gravy (warm)
- 1 cup arugula leaves (spinach, mixed greens, or lettuce)
- ¼ cup whole cranberry sauce (use more as needed)
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt the butter, ensuring it coats the entire surface.
- Toast the bread slices in a single layer until golden brown on both sides, working in batches if necessary. Add more butter as needed. Transfer the toasted bread to a plate or cutting board.
- Warm the turkey slices in the microwave in 30-second intervals till warmed through.
- To assemble the sandwiches, spread a layer of Dijon mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer 4 slices of turkey on the bread, followed by 2 slices of Swiss cheese.
