- 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard (you can use up to 2 Tablespoons however I recommend you start with 1 then add more as needed)
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- ⅛ teaspoon Black pepper (optional)
- salt (to taste)

- Whisk all ingredients in a bowl till well combined.

- Making it ahead of time will allow flavors blend.
