I know our Watermelon pizza will be your favorite fruit pizza to make this summer! Topped with Greek yogurt and bright colored fruits the kids are going to have a lot of fun making this with you.

watermelon
(cut out a a circular slice from the center)

vanilla Greek yogurt
¼
cup
strawberries
(sliced)
¼
cup
blueberries
¼
cup
blackberries
¼
cup
cantaloupe
(diced)
¼
cup
honeydew melon
(diced)
Instructions
Start by washing the watermelon thoroughly.
Cut a 1 to 2 inch thick circular slice from the center of the watermelon. This will be your pizza base.
Pat the surface of the watermelon slice dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
Cut the watermelon into 8 wedges. Spread 1 tablespoon each of the Greek yogurt on each watermelon wedge.
Arrange the fruit toppings on top of the yogurt and serve.

Notes
If you are using plain Greek yogurt, you may need to sweeten with 2 to 3 tablespoons of honey.
Patting the watermelon surface dry with a paper towel will keep the yogurt from sliding off
Use a variety of colorful fruits to make it even more vibrant.
Drizzle with honey or a balsamic glaze to add a flavor twist.
You may need to cut some fruits like blackberries into halves of quarters before using them.
