A refreshing Watermelon blueberry feta salad you'll love. An easily adaptable summer salad that's perfect for 4th of July!

Ingredients

Watermelon
(about 4 cups cubed)

Blueberries
¼
cup
Crumbled Feta cheese
1 ½
Tablespoons
Lime juice
(substitute with lemon juice)

Tablespoons
Honey
Mint for garnish
(Or chopped and mixed with the salad)
Instructions
Add watermelon cubes, blueberries and crumbled feta cheese into a bowl. If using mint, chop and add to the bowl.
Mix the honey and lime or lemon juice to make the dressing. Then drizzle over the watermelon, blueberries and feta cheese.
Serve immediately or chill for 15 mins before serving.

If you have leftovers and must store, drain liquid before storing in an air tight container in the refrigerator and eat within a day.
Add fresh mint for extra flavor.
You can mix red and yellow watermelon to make this salad more fun if you aren't making a 4th of July themed salad.
To make it more savory consider adding some cucumber and onions then use balsamic vinegar for the dressing.
