(drained and flaked)
For the Dressing:

mayonnaise

sour cream

lime juice

teaspoon
taco seasoning
(optional)

salt

teaspoon
black pepper

garlic
minced

teaspoon
mustard
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, taco seasoning, salt, black pepper, and minced garlic to make the dressing.
Put dressing in the refrigerator while you make the salad.
In a large bowl, combine the diced cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, and jalapeno pepper.
Drain and rinse the black beans, and add them to the bowl.
Drain the yellow corn and add it to the bowl.
Drain the tuna cans and flake the tuna into the bowl.
Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and gently toss to combine.
Refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
Adjust the amount of jalapeno pepper according to your desired level of spiciness.
