How to make Strawberry Crunch topping

Ingredients
- 12 Golden Oreo cookies
- ½ cup Freeze-dried strawberries
- ¼ cup Salted butter (melted)
Instructions
- Transfer golden Oreo cookies and freeze-dried strawberries into a food processor and pulse until your desired consistency of crumbs form. (chunky or smooth)
- Add melted butter and pulse until it resembles wet crumbs. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
Notes
- Feel free to use unsalted butter for this recipe. However I prefer to use salted butter to balance out the sweetness.
- You can use other cookies like shortbread or vanilla cookies instead of golden Oreos.
- You can choose the size of crumbs you want.
