Transfer golden Oreo cookies and freeze-dried strawberries into a food processor and pulse until your desired consistency of crumbs form. (chunky or smooth)
Add melted butter and pulse until it resembles wet crumbs. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
Notes
Feel free to use unsalted butter for this recipe. However I prefer to use salted butter to balance out the sweetness.
You can use other cookies like shortbread or vanilla cookies instead of golden Oreos.
