Homemade Pesto Mayo recipe

This homemade pesto mayo is a tasty condiment that requires just 3 ingredients. I'm gradually adding my favorite mayo based sauces & dips to the blog and this one of them. I love how easy and quick this recipe is and that you can either use store bought or homemade pesto to make it.

Ingredients

½ cup Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons Pesto
1 Tablespoon Lemon juice

Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine the Mayonnaise, Pesto and Lemon juice.
Whisk the ingredients together until smooth and well combined.
Taste and adjust the ratio of Mayonnaise to Pesto according to your taste.

I used basil pesto for this recipe, feel free to use your favorite pesto (homemade or store bought)
If you want to make this a 2 ingredient sauce, feel free to leave out the lemon juice.
Adjust the taste of your Pesto mayo by adjusting the ingredients based on your preference.
