Barbecue mayo popularly know as Mayocue is one of our favorite dips to serve with anything from burgers to fries, chicken wings and salads. It's such a simple sauce that combines the smoke flavors of barbecue sauce and creamy texture of mayonnaise.
In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise and barbecue sauce.
Whisk or stir the two ingredients together until they are fully incorporated and form a smooth, pinkish-orange sauce.
Taste and adjust the ratio of mayonnaise to barbecue sauce according to your preference. Add more mayonnaise for a creamier texture or more barbecue sauce for a tangier flavor.
Use the mayocue immediately as a dipping sauce or spread for sandwiches, burgers, or wraps. You can also brush it onto meats or vegetables before grilling or baking.
