Instructions
Toss the steak pieces with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Warm olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the steak bites for about 2–3 minutes per side, then place them into the crockpot.
Add the minced garlic and butter on top of the steak.
Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours until tender.
Stir gently, sprinkle with parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
For heat, sprinkle in some red pepper flakes. Swap sirloin with beef stew meat if you prefer.
Adjust the amount of garlic to your taste.
Add ¼ cup broth for extra sauce, perfect for pouring over potatoes or rice.
Mix in a packet of au jus or brown gravy mix to boost flavor and thicken the sauce.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3–4 days.
