Instructions
Add all the spices to a small mixing bowl.
Whisk until fully blended and uniform in color.
Transfer to an airtight jar or spice container.
Store in a cool, dark place for up to 6 months.
Notes
Use this chai spice in cookies, muffins, oatmeal, or your favorite latte.
For a milder version, reduce the black pepper or ginger slightly.
