Ingredients

Sriracha

Honey
(optional)

(minced)

Lime juice
(juice from one small lime)

teaspoon
salt
(add more to taste)
Instructions
Add all the ingredients into a small mixing bowl.
Mix till well combined
Taste and adjust ingredients as needed.
Use immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Notes
Start with less sriracha if you’re sensitive to heat. You can always add more.
Use fresh lime juice instead of bottled for the brightest flavor.
Letting the sauce rest for a little while before serving helps the flavors blend better.
