green grapes

Colby Jack cheese

(or turkey slices)

(and or salami)

apple
(cut into chunks)

tablespoons
lemon juice
(to toss the apple chunks in)
Instructions
Cut all ingredients into small, bite-sized portions.
Toss the apple chunks in lemon juice to keep them from turning brown due to oxidation.
Arrange a variety of meats, cheeses, and fruits on each skewer in any combination you prefer.
Repeat the process until you’ve used up all the ingredients.
Transfer to a platter or board and serve.
Notes
Pair with crackers to turn your skewers into a more satisfying snack spread.
Store in the fridge until it’s time to serve.
If using apples, make sure to toss the apple chunks in lemon juice keep them from turning brown.
