Easy Garlic butter sauce recipe

Garlic butter sauce is a rich, buttery garlic sauce that’s so delicious and versatile. It’s super easy to make and gets ready in 10 mins. This condiment is perfect as a dipping sauce for lots of dishes including crusty bread.

Ingredients

butter

garlic cloves
(grated or minced)
Salt to taste

tablespoon
parsley
(chopped)
Instructions
In a small skillet, heat up butter over low medium heat until melted. Add minced garlic to the butter.
Cook for 1 to 2 mins or until tender and fragrant.
Turn off heat, stir in the chopped parsley. Season the sauce to your taste with salt and pepper if using.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Use fresh garlic cloves. The taste and texture are not the same with garlic powder.
Cook on medium low heat to prevent the butter from burning.
While I used unsalted butter, you can use either salted or unsalted butter. However, if using salted butter, check for salt before adding extra.
