Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, and minced garlic.
Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously to emulsify the dressing.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Chill for 10–15 minutes before serving for best flavor.
Shake or stir before using, as natural separation may occur.
Notes
Use high-quality olive oil for the smoothest flavor. Mince garlic finely.
For a creamier twist, whisk in a spoonful of sour cream, Greek yogurt, or crumbled blue cheese.
The “creamy” texture in this recipe comes from emulsifying the oil, vinegar, and mustard together, so whisk slowly and thoroughly.
