Ingredients
- 14 oz Kielbasa sausage (Sliced)
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1 medium sweet onion sliced
- 1 medium red bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 medium green bell pepper sliced
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
- ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper (substitute with pepper flakes)
- ¼ teaspoon Salt (Add more to taste)
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add one tablespoon of avocado oil. Sauté the sliced kielbasa sausage in the hot oil until it develops a light golden-brown color.
- Once the sausage is lightly browned, add the sliced onions and bell peppers into the skillet. Continue cooking for 2-3 minutes, allowing the vegetables to soften a bit.
